Create one link for your wedding

Enter your names and wedding date in Foreveh. Explore your preview, then create the host account you will use to manage the wedding. Guests need neither an app nor an account.

You can try the camera, album and live wall free with up to 20 contributing guests. The allowance counts distinct guest devices that share, not everyone invited or every photo. Paid sizes use guest count and a one-time payment.

Make the table card easy to understand

Open the QR cards from your wedding, choose a layout and download it for printing. Keep a clear, light border around the code and avoid folding or decorating over the pattern.

Add a short invitation beside it: ‘Scan, take a photo and share a moment with us. No app needed.’ Put a card on each table and ask your host or MC to mention it during the welcome.

1. Scan a printed card with at least two different phones.
2. Check that the right names and wedding open.
3. Share a test photo and find it in the gallery.
4. Test the same Wi-Fi or mobile connection your guests will use.

Help photos reach the album

Guests can use the browser camera or choose photos from their phone. Ask them to keep the page open until uploads finish. An internet connection is needed to join and send photos.

If the connection is unreliable, they can use their normal camera and share later while the wedding is still open. By default guests can keep adding photos for 30 days after the wedding; your setup summary shows the exact date, and you can change it in settings.

Keep the originals afterward

A venue screen is optional. You can use the shared album on its own and enjoy the pictures together when the day settles down.

After a paid wedding, the gallery stays available for viewing and downloading for at least 12 months. We notify the host in advance before removing it. Download the original photos in full quality for your own backup. You can also delete the wedding and its photos yourself.
